Why C.H.L.O.E.?

I have had the idea for this group for a long time and recently it seemed like the time was right to act on the notion. First step was to choose a name for the group. I wanted it to be something meaningful but also something easy to remember.

So, after wracking my brain for a week, and coming up with absolutely nada, it suddenly just came to me out of the blue. While out taking a walk one day, thinking about nothing in particular, other than how beautiful the day was, it just popped into my head. CHLOE. Just one word, a name. And I can't say why. I don't know anyone named Chloe and I never have.

When I got back from my walk, I looked up name Chloe to see if there was any possible connection to this project. This is what I found:

It is of Greek origin, and the meaning of Chloe is "blooming". From the ancient "Khloe", it was originally used in the classical period to symbolize the fertility goddess, Demeter. In Greek mythology, Demeter is the goddess of the harvest, who presided over grains, the fertility of the earth and the seasons. She is considered to be the giver of food or grain and is also a major player in the legend of how the Greeks learned the art of agriculture. Demeter is the ancient's equivalent of Mother Nature.

CHLOE could not have been more fitting.  And so, not only did the name yield the perfect anagram to use (C lean, H ealthy, L ocal, O rganic for E veryone). The meaning fit like a glove.
